ABOUT THE PROJECT
Great historical figures who once walked the Istrian trail were set in modern times and interpreted anew. We wanted to include their historical origins in the motifs, as well as the “zeitgeist” of the 21st century. We achieved this with a combination of fresh contemporary faces and photographic aesthetic of classicist portrait painting.
