ABOUT THE PROJECT
The international culinary almanac “Gault&Millau”, which rewards the best caterers in the country with its prestigious chef’s hats, expands its visibility and knowledge through educational events “Znanje pod kapo”. The biggest names in Slovenian cuisine, such as Tomaž Bevčič, Jure Tomič and Ana Roš, share their rich experiences with young chefs to be, high school and catering students and help shape the next successful generation.
