ABOUT THE PROJECT
Mira Šemić is a well-known and recognized wine expert and ambassador of Lidl’s wine shop. Together with ZDSLU we developed a series of conversation evenings “In Mira Veritas”, where she presents culture and wine knowledge with famous guests and the crowd. The series of events is a win-win concept for both partners: ZDSLU expands the mission of connecting various parts of our culture (including wine), while Lidl targets a new layer of potential customers who have not yet had the opportunity to learn about Lidl’s wine collection and its relationship between local society and culture.

First guest of honor was Jurij Souček. Young visual artist Nina Koželj introduced herself accompanied by Saša Olenjuk’s music.
On the second summer event, we talked to Ksenija Benedetti, the academic sculptor Tomaž Zarifa presented his works, and Igor Leonardi and Ana Vipotnik took care of the musical experience.
Writer, poet, screenwriter and playwright Feri Lainšček joined our third event in the charming secret garden of ZDSLU. Also last year’s winner of the Jakopič Award, academic painter and illustrator Milan Erič joined us on stage accompanied by Mr. Lainšček’s wide creative opus.
Closing, pre-Christmas event full of warmth and sparkling moments was provided by the great lady of Slovenian television, long-time popular host of legendary television shows and winner of numerous awards and recognitions, Mrs. Miša Molk. Christmas edition of »In Mira Veritas« transformed secret garden of ZDSLU into a romantic place for Christmas stalls and magical scents of Lidl’s Deluxe products.
